Billing and payments Recurring charges: You authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fee. The charge will be made on or about the 1st of each month. Failed payments: If a recurring payment fails, we may make additional attempts to collect your payment. Your subscription may be suspended or canceled automatically. You will be notified of the failed payment. Price changes: We reserve the right to change the price of your subscription at any time. We will notify you in advance of any price changes. Any discounts applied to your initial purchase may not apply to renewals, which may be charged at the standard rate. 3. Cancellation and refunds Right to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your member account on the site. Effect of cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will not renew. No refunds: We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for cancellations. You are responsible for all charges incurred until the cancellation becomes effective. 4. Free trial Trial period: If your subscription includes a free trial, you will have 7 days to use the service at no cost. You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. One-time offer: Free trials are generally limited to one per customer for a specific plan.
