Choose Your Pricing Plan

1. VocalzMusic's Plan overview: This is a recurring subscription plan for our Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Multi-Platinum, Diamond or Business VIP members. Your subscription includes everything that is listed under the plan you choose. If you have questions before paying, email billing@VocalzMusic.com. The subscription period is monthly and will automatically renew at the end of each period.  2. Billing and payments Recurring charges:  You authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fee. The charge will be made on or about the 1st  of each month.  Failed payments: If a recurring payment fails, we may make additional attempts to collect your payment. Your subscription may be suspended or canceled automatically after failed attempts. You will be notified of the failed payment. Price changes: We reserve the right to change the price of your subscription at any time. We will notify you in advance of any price changes. Any discounts applied to your initial purchase may not apply to renewals, which may be charged at the standard rate.  3. Cancellation and refunds: Right to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your member account on the site. Effect of cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will not renew. No refunds: We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for cancellations. You are responsible for all charges incurred until the cancellation becomes effective. 48-hour refund policy: For new subscriptions, you may be eligible for a full refund if you cancel within the first 48 hours of purchase.  4. Free Trial period:  If your subscription includes a free trial, you will have 7 days to use the service at no cost. You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. One-time offer: Free trials are generally limited to one per customer for a specific plan.  5. Changes to the plan: Changes affecting new customers: Changes to the plan's price and duration only apply to new purchases. Your terms will not be affected unless otherwise noted. Changes affecting existing customers: We may, with notice, change the benefits or features of the plan. Any changes to the connected benefits will apply to your existing subscription.  6. Disclaimer: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription for any violation of our general Terms of Use. We reserve the right to offer our service using third party apps such as Zoom and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram messenger. We reserve the right to allow music industry professionals selected by us to help us offer this service to our clients. We reserve the right to temporarily pause this service during federal Holidays or due to Voice Coach being unavailable due to illness or an unavoidable circumstance. In the event that this happens customers will receive a notice instructing them of what remedy they can expect. Additional instructions about how to use your plan may be provided later.
