A former award winning youth program director and founder of "TeenSpace" a program that promoted positive teen behavior through music and entertainment, "Miss Sallyb" has worked with children of all ages since the late 80's. She's received various certifications awarded for completion of both early learning youth programs and teen services. She's also worked with child actors and has experience directing plays and coaching Miss America pageant participants. After working as a recording artists and a part-time vocalist in top 40 r&b bands for 15 years, Sallyb launched VocalzMusic & Publishing (VMP) in 2004, a music business specializing in voice lessons and artist development following the success of her son Kyle, who was a local child start turn music producer, who she coached and managed under his stage name, "Vocalz". Today he goes by LollyPack.  Prior to the covid pandemic, Sallyb's clients met with her for private lessons and coaching in her home vocal studio. She also held classes for DMV residents at local schools and community centers throughout Fairfax & Stafford County, Virginia. The information provided here pertains mostly to Sallyb's experience with youth, however, Sallyb has become a recognized public figure in the music industry. A digital content creator on social media, her posts are very adult oriented but those that know her best know that she most enjoys working with kids. We invite you to join one of our Semi Private vocal lesson sessions. It's the next best thing to private lessons and we'll be offering a variety of session topics including pitch training and performance prep soon. It's less expensive than private lessons and possibly an even better experience because singers will learn from observing each other which will help build confidence during a live performance.
