UX Research And Testing of Online Course

Service Description

Join us in improving our online singing lessons by participating in our UX research and testing at SingingFlat. Your valuable feedback will help us continue to create the best possible user experience for our students. Sign up and be a part of shaping the future of online music education with us! This UX research and testing is scheduled for Sunday, April 28, 2024. (Please check your emails in case there are changes. We may need to postpone to a later date if we don't get enough testers and we'll let you know a few days in advance). All participants must be 18 years or older. In order to participate you'll be required to sign in from a computer/laptop (not a mobile phone), access and experience using zoom and google/gmail's video conferencing software, strong, reliable internet connection, good lighting, the ability to open links received from voice coach, the ability to hear music, play music and sing along to music, have room to stand-up and move around within the view of all participants. There must be no people or distractions that may disrupt class. Participants must be visible on camera for the duration of the testing. Your class may be recorded. Participants are not allowed to video or record this session using their phones or anything else. Please have paper and pen available for note taking during your class. Please expect this session to last 1 to 2 hours depending on the total number of participants. Additional instructions will be emailed along with your song assignment about a week before the class and a link to join us will be sent to participants at least an hour before the class. In order to run a complete test please complete the sign up process just as any other client would do. Participants will be asked to provide results via email following this experience. Cancellation Policy

Participants agree that they are volunteering to participate in this opportunity for free and are not being paid. Participants are not being charged any fees as long as they do what they're required to do. They further agree that by signing up and/or enrolling in this UX (user experience) class, they are accepting and will follow all the rules and expectations associated with this class and for the full duration of this class, including the submission of a requested and required follow up questionnaire that is to be submitted within 48 hours following the class. By participating you agree that if you do not do what is required or if you are not prepared with what is required during class, you may be charged a fee for wasting our time. It's called "The Waste My Time Fee" .
