Grab the spotlight! Karaoke Camp is an action packed summer program where kids 12 to 17 build confidence, learn stage presence, and sing their hearts out once per week. They'll master pop and R&B hits, practice music artist etiquette, active listening, cultivate musicianship and learn to compete with classmates in weekly challenges that foster grace and music sportsmanship all in a supportive online Zoom setting with an expert voice coach. Each small group session builds upon the previous one to ensure a complete understanding of vocal performance and long-term success. First class begins Friday July 10th at 6PM Eastern with our final class on September 25, 2026, with make-up dates reserved for a Thursday & Friday, 6PM in October 2026 TBA. 8 REASONS THEY'LL LOVE IT! Cancellation Policy
Course Policy & Guidelines 1. Monthly Tuition & Automatic Billing Payment Schedule: Tuition is billed in 3 automatic monthly payments. Payment Authorization: By enrolling, you authorize these recurring monthly charges. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Preparation Deadline: No refunds are issued within 4 days of the course start date to ensure adequate preparation time for our classes. Student Absences: We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for student-missed sessions. 3. Missed Classes & Make-Up Sessions Student Absence Resources: If you or your child misses a class, we will provide the class recording, agenda, or transcript so they can easily catch up. Instructor Postponements: If a class is delayed or postponed due to holidays, severe weather, or unforeseen urgent matters, a make-up date will be scheduled for the entire group or alternate option offered. 4. By enrolling in this course, you acknowledge that you've read this class policy and that you've reviewed VocalzMusic & Publishing's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at SingingFlat.com 🎤 Student Tech Setup For Music Performance: Zoom is designed to suppress background noise, which accidentally filters out singing and music! Please adjust these settings before our first session so you or your child can be heard clearly. Here's how: Enable Original Sound: Go to Zoom Settings > Audio, and check the box next to "Original Audio for Musicians." Turn On High-Fidelity: Under the original sound options, turn on "High-fidelity music mode" for the best vocal quality. Disable Echo Cancellation: Uncheck "Echo cancellation" only if your child is wearing headphones (headphones are highly recommended!). Set Noise Suppression to Low: Set "Background noise suppression" to Low so Zoom does not mute sustained singing notes. Device Note: These settings work best on a computer or laptop. Tablet and phone apps have limited audio controls. Tip: Practice using Zoom before our first session so you can be familiar with using the mic, video, audio, chat and other Zoom features. As a reminder you'll need a strong internet connection, good lighting, performance space, the ability to stand and sit and all students are required to join from a DESK TOP computer (no a mobile phone). Your Voice Coach will reach out to you via email or text before your class begins and as needed throughout the course. Please check emails and text several times per week for program updates.
