Service Description
Get to know your voice coach before your first session. Parents are encouraged to join students during consultations but it's optional. During your consultation you'll be asked to sing a song or two and you'll be encouraged to ask any questions you may have. Be prepared to take notes. You'll receive feedback about your talent and recommendations on how to have the best online voice coaching experience. It's best to use a computer to join and of course you'll need a strong internet signal. We use Zoom and sometimes Gmail video conferencing. You'll receive a link shortly before your session begins. We've reserved 15 minutes for your consultation and we've included a little wiggle room for a few extra minutes if needed. Afterwards, if you're ready, you can go to SingingFlat.com to book your first semi-private class or private session package. Yours in music!
Cancellation Policy
REGARDING PRIVATE SESSIONS ONLY: Once a session is booked and the schedule has been confirmed, we do not provide refunds for student or client cancellations, missed classes or tardy students/clients. No exceptions. What we can offer is an opportunity to reschedule but that class must be rescheduled within one week of cancellation. If client doesn't reschedule on time, they will need to book a new class with a new payment. Sessions are offered privately ONLINE. Singers will be required to click links or receive and open files, be internet proficient, have a strong internet connection, the ability to play music through their speakers while singing, have good lighting, no distractions (sessions are private and ONE on ONE) have the ability to be visible to your coach from both standing and sitting positions, show up to each session ON TIME, well rehearsed, prepared to take notes and prepared to sing. Your coach will wait for you for 5 minutes. If you're late you'll lose that time without refund. By paying or participating in our program, you acknowledge acceptance of VocalzMusic's Terms & Conditions, Disclaimers and special instructions. Please read them. Your first online session will include a consultation to evaluate your talent. About a week prior to your first session you'll be asked to select and send a few songs to your coach. Please show up prepared to sing your assigned songs. While we will make every effort to accommodate the session schedule you've requested on our form, please note that you may be asked to select a different date or time. We'll negotiate a time that works. Once you purchase our service the first time, you automatically become a member of our website. This means that whenever you sign in to make a purchase, you should not be required to complete our form again. After becoming a member, clients can easily book sessions on mobile, check their upcoming bookings, reschedule sessions, and much more. If you do not sign in, you may be prompted to complete the form again so please sign in whenever you visit and contact us if you need help.
