EPK Abbreviated Content

The Abbreviated Press Kit: For talented, career minded singers, writers, producers and performing artists in need of an affordable branding and marketing solution, Sally b. will work with you to develop a press kit/EPK, a linkkle, a virtual business card or an event announcement page designed with your brand and your vision in mind (definitions may be posted on the EPK purchase page). If you'd like, we can design it for a short term event or we can create it as a long term abbreviated version of an EPK or press kit. Unlike the full length EPK, for the abbreviated version you’ll be able to select just a few items to present. That's all you'll need. You'll say LESS but you'll get MORE of what you want from a site visitor because your site visitors will absorb the most important information faster. We call this the "elevator pitch". With most everyone hustling and bustling and doing less reading these days, this is absolutely the best way to go! We don't do generic work (what's for you is JUST for you!) and for that reason we recommend that you order your design at least 15 to 30 days prior to any performance, service or product launch to allow time to discuss, plan, design, build and market your message to the world. Depending on your needs, how quickly we receive your items (photos, music, bio, etc), we can have bite size projects such as this one, typically done within 1 to 5 days. During a busy month it may take longer. Taking longer isn't typical. We'll have you looking like the STAR YOU ARE! Your abreviated "one-pager" website design will include the neccessary details about your event or launch, links to your social media, photos/video and/or links to purchase tickets or to sign up, if that's what you want. If you're an artist with new music we'd typically use plugins that enable people to hear a 30 second sample or the full song (whichever you choose). Additionally the plugin may also be able to link your visitors to just about any streaming service you use to sell your music. There are so many ways we can work this. You’d just select what’s most important to present and we'll take it from there. Sally b. will make your vision a reality. Your abbreviated press kit design will be created to match your brand and talent with the colors and style you suggest. Within about 24 hours of your purchase you'll be notified to begin the creation of your abbreviated press kit or EPK site and we'll be meeting with you online using video conferencing or via phone to begin to discuss your ideas. Any additional content development and design that falls outside of what we've agreed on, such as, directing your existing domain to your new press kit or purchasing a new domain, general updates as needed, assistance with website traffic or use of our voice over services, video or music production services as well as any apps we need or that you'd like to use, are all charged separately but please know that we can create a standard press kit without all the additional cost options. Once your abbreviated press kit is complete and your comfirmation of completion email is received by you, you'll be able to purchase future updates and/or EPK content right from our website as needed (Inquire about getting a EPK subscription for on-going updates or reocurring events). Contact us directly if you don't see what you need here ( 3rd parties apps have their own set of fees and rules you'll need to consider) Please request EPK updates (such as events, news, new music, etc) one week in advance if possible. VocalzMusic retains copies of our website and EPK creations to present on our websites as demonstrations of our work. That's actually good news because you'll have added exposure! We do require that all content we create appear professional. We will not present or accept any photographs, music, video footage, design or info provided by the customer that does not meet entertainment industry standards or our level of professionalism. In some cases you may be asked to take care of whatever you're lacking before we begin (such as professional pictures).
